BITTERSWEET

We write in silence,
We see the light out of darkness,
We always find words that fit everything we express,
We are a different people, different minds but same thoughts.
We are critical thinkers,
The truth seekers, great believers and most importantly we are
Jesus’ followers.
Every moment that we write brings out pictures in our silent conversations with ourselves,
We make people have a glimpse of our minds,
How great this God given art is fully tide.
They see every moment not even time can stop them as it unwinds.
Someone somewhere once they read,we put a smile on their frowning faces,
We give them hope that someone cares even in the worst cases..
We are family that has never met,
But through these words I know you,
We share our regrets,
and at end of it all we say we love each other and stay true,
We learn, make mistakes, erase, rewrite ,paraphrase until we come out with what is the best.
Every poem that we write is a test,
Of what we already know with anything new we learnt,
We are students of ink on a paper,
We are writers in the rite of passage,
We are teachers of the modern old languages
To us “impossibility is a Myth”
We are called BITTERSWEET POETRY…

What Next

So after college what next?
That is one of the biggest questions that every final year student has every night and at the dawn of the morning.
Most of us dont know where the road is leading.
But we just follow silently with less motivation from lecturers.
We all tend to wonder where we headed because we can see no light at the end of the tunnel.
Happy faces of our parents that we dont want to dissapoint.I look in there eyes I see so much hope in them,if I quit now I will be the only one to blame.

The only thing keeping us going is hope. All visions are lost,we believe no more, frustrations stand tall and the passion is long gone.I am still young but it feels like old age, please Lord let me be young again.
So that I make the right choice
and listen more to my inner voices.
Sometimes I feel like I am my own enemy,
It makes me be scared of me.
I cannot look at myself in the mirror, without thinking of the future as the unknown terror.
How I wish I knew better.
